Restaurants

The Montego Bay area hosts some 30 restaurants. If you like, most of them will provide transportation to and from if needed.

Half Moon hosts three different restaurants. There is the Wharf which is located in Reading opposite to Montego Bay or you can overlook the bay from the Richmond Hill Inn. In Ironshore there is the Atrium, a quaint little bar restaurant.

Climate

Jamaica has a tropical climate ranging from 80° - 90° F (27° - 30° C) during the day, and dropping a few degrees during the night. The rainfall varies around the island but June to October can see a rise in frequency. In the Montego Bay area, the Jamaican sunshine showers are short. The hurricane season in the Caribbean is June through September and Jamaica is fortunate that it does not get many.
